Something for everyone from absolute beginner to top athlete!
Saturday Morning
Sports Hall Junior Training (Autumn and Spring terms only) for Reception to Year 7, but School Year's 6 and 7 have a choice of this activity or Sprint and Middle Distance training below.
Athletes who just want to take part in general athletics and would suit this activity.
Athletes in Year 6 and 7, who want to train for track events e.g. 100m or 800m, would benefit from the below session.

Monday Evening
Ramsey Runs, Walks, Jogs - meet at Ramsey Rugby Club until early October then Mooragh Promenade, opposite Swimming Pool, 6:00-7:00 pm.
Tuesday Evening
Strength & Conditioning - Held at Onchan Hub - Gemma Astin Personal Training
Wednesday Evening
Thursday Evening
Strength & Conditioning - Held at Onchan Hub - Gemma Astin Personal Training
Middle Distance to Marathon - Under 13 Year and above - meet at NSC Track, Douglas, 7:00 pm
Pack Run - All abilities - Meet at Swimming Pool, Ramsey for a 7:00 pm start.
