It is impossible to run this League, without the voluntary help of parents and friends. Please note this is not a drop off and pick up event. All children must be supervised by a parent/guardian/designated adult at all times.

This year, there are three ways to enter the League, as follows:

1) Print off form (see link below) and bring along to the "Sign-on night" at the Swimming Pool Cafe Foyer on Tuesday 4th April between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm. You can also renew membership (see link for Form below), or join for Club first time (must be a Club member to enter League) and purchase Club kit, at the same time. We will have some spare forms with us, if required.

2) Enter on-line (see link below) for the League. This is now open to complete and may be used up to 22nd April, when this option will close.

3) Bring Entry form (see "Manual Entry Form link above) on first Practice night attended (but there may be queues and it may be very cold!!).
The league is free to enter, but athletes taking part must be paid up members of Northern (IOM) Athletic Club and be accompanied by a parent or appointed adult at all times.

A Club membership form can be downloaded using link below which gets you to the Membership page - then click the link at the bottom.

To qualify for the League, athletes have to complete one Practice Night and at least four out of the six League Nights (if an athlete hasn't completed either of the two Practice nights then their first League night would be treated as their Practice night and no League points would be counted for that night. The remaining League nights would then count towards the League, if they take part in at least four nights).
Venue
At the R.G.S. grass playing fields, behind East Building.
Tuesday Evening Dates - For first training night, arrive at 6:00 pm to sign-in for a 6:30 pm start time.
