Year 6 to Veterans

Both groups are aimed at athletes wanting to improve.

Sprinting to Middle Distance

Led by UKA Qualified Athletics Coach - Neil Vondy

Saturday mornings

N.B. Times may alter if groups are combined - See Club Facebook each week.

Starts again Saturday 21st September.

​

SPRINT GROUP:

Saturday 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

Please note these times can vary, if both Groups are combined.

Location varies from week to week, but during autumn and winter most are based in and around Ramsey but some will be at the NSC Track - see Club Facebook each week on Thursday/Fridays.​

MIDDLE DISTANCE GROUP:

11:00 am to 12:00 for 800m, 1500m and Winter Road Run Series 1 Lap runners.

Most of the sessions will be based in and around Ramsey in the autumn and winter terms but some will be at the NSC Track - .see Club Facebook each week on Thursday/Fridays.

Middle Distance to Marathon

Led by Sarah Webster

Running Fitness and Event Group Endurance coach

Thursday 7-8pm.

​

Meet at the NSC Track.  It will be some kind of interval-based session. Both club members and non-club members are welcome.

​

Aged 12 and over. Anyone under 16, parents are expected to stay.

​

Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30 pm.

Based at NSC Track in Douglas.

NSC charge a track fee.

​

Aimed at sprinters (60m to 400m) Aged Year 6 to Veterans wanting to improve their sprinting and start technique.
