Circuits is back and will follow a similar format to last year, with a change of session duration to 45mins –
Please arrive in good time to have your chats before and after session.
Sessions are open to juniors (year 7 & above, unless prior permission by coach) and adults (no maximum age!)
Both sessions will be very similar and are designed to give a maximum effort workout for all ages and abilities.
Sessions will vary each week and are aimed to improve fitness levels, strength and flexibility and benefit all.
If you have a medical condition that may be affected by this type of workout, please seek your doctors permission before signing up.
It is important to make your coach aware of any relevant information that may affect you being able to carry out any exercises.
Places are limited to a maximum of 30 per session.
Northern AC members will get priority if the sessions are oversubscribed as long as their place has been pre-booked, priority will also be given to those that have attended regularly.
Please only book your place if you are prepared to sign up for the full block, as you will be taking a place that may not be able to be offered to someone else.
Fees for the 6 week block are payable on the first session at the latest, or post to N Boyde, Rosedene, Crescent Road, Ramsey, or given to me at training, any cheques payable to Northern AC.
