Next block of 5 sessions runs from 26th February - 1st April.
Session times 7-8 pm and 8-9 pm.
Venue - R.G.S. Sports Hall - East Building.
Junior Club Members
Under 13's & 15's
7 - 8 pm only
Adult Club Members
Under 17's & above
7 - 8 or 8-9 pm
Both sessions will be very similar and are designed to give a maximum effort workout for all ages and abilities.
Sessions will vary each week but all are aimed to improve fitness levels, strength and flexibility and benefit all.
If you have a medical condition that may be affected by this type of workout, please seek your doctors permission before signing up. It is also important to make your coach aware of any relevant information that may affect you being able to carry out some exercises.
Places are limited to a maximum of 30 per session.
N.A.C. members will get priority if the sessions are oversubscribed as long as their place has been pre-booked.
Fees for the block are payable on the first session, any cheques should be made out to N.A.C.
Please arrive early so that you can be signed in and ready for a prompt start.
