By way of introduction, the NAC Circuit training this year, although needing to be based in Onchan for logistical reasons, is being led by Gemma Astin.

She is also a qualified personal trainer.
She is no stranger to running and still holds Isle of Man Athletic records going back to 2009 and before. Gemma’s records are across a range of age groups, from Under 15 to Junior Women, and thereafter, she handed over the baton to her sister Sarah!
Gemma has a keen interest in both sports’ performance and general health and fitness. Undoubtedly, she has the knowledge and enthusiasm to help motivate you to achieve your personal goals, safely and effectively.

"I have no hesitation in personally recommending Gemma Astin Personal Training to anybody."
Neil Vondy, Committee Member.
As we could not secure training in Ramsey, the Club carried out an extensive survey which indicated that there was widespread interest in travelling to Onchan for Circuit and Strength and Conditioning training,
