The event is open to all ages from U9s (School Years 2-3):

• U9s (School Years 2-3) Must be aged 7 on day of race. Race 1 lap around park lake

• U11s (School Years 4-5) race 1 lap around park lake

• U13s (School Years 6-7) race 1 lap of the larger course in and around the park

• U15s (School Years 8-9) race 1 lap of the larger course in and around the park

• U17s, Seniors & Veterans, choice of 1 lap (1.7 miles) or 3 lap (3.75 miles) races.

For U17 and above you can change between the 2 distances but to count in the league you must have run 3 races out of 4 at the same distance.

Sign-on from 6pm

First race starts at 7 pm.

Pre-entry is all online this year.

 

Registration will open on the 31st March. If you want to benefit from the affiliated athlete discount, please renew your subscriptions before the 1st race. Payment can be made online by bank transfer or on the day in cash/cheque/card.

Registration will close at 4pm on the 19th April, so enable us to get the numbers ready for collection on race night. Numbers will be available for collection from the shelter outside Costa on the night from 6pm. Please don’t leave it till the last minute as it will delay the start of the races if people haven’t left enough time to pick up race numbers.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR NUMBER FOR THE WHOLE SERIES. IF YOU FORGET YOUR NUMBER YOU WILL BE CHARGED £5 FOR A REPLACEMENT AND REMEMBER IF YOU ARE WEARING NO NUMBER, THE WRONG NUMBER , OR SOMEONE ELSES NUMBER YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE RACE - SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOU ARE WEARING THE CORRECT NUMBER BEFORE RACING

To qualify for a t-shirt, you must have run 3 out of 4 races.
To qualify for the league you must run 3 out of 4 races. 
Prizes and T-shirts will be awarded after the races on the 4th July.
