Open to: All abilities, minimum age 17 on the day.

 

The events take place on open roads. ONLY BONE CONDUCTING HEADPHONES ALLOWED.

 

Water Stations provided.

 

Fees: £20 if attached to an Athletic's Club, £25 if unattached.

Prizes: Medals for all finishers. Trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female in runs and walk, plus spot prizes.

Refreshments and Presentation: Refreshments at Ramsey Rugby Club after the race.
